Online Qualification for Fitnessfestivalen 2017!


Qualify ONLINE for the RGA finals on Fitnessfestivalen 2017 by Getting a top ten score in ONE of our five Online events!

The goal for all challenges/events are to complete as many repetitions as possible in 60 seconds (Heavy Challenge) or 100 seconds (Light Challenge), using a barbell load determined by body weight, gender and age. One point is given for each approved repetition. The athlete with the highest score wins.

RGA’s Barbell Weight Calculator allows men and women of different size and age to compete against each other on fair terms!

Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, Overhead Press and Bench Row (AKA Seal Row)

Qualify Online:

You only have to place top ten in ONE of the event’s (i.e “Heavy Challenge, Squat”) to qualify.
Make sure to compete in the correct discipline; Light or Heavy Challenge, where the latter has a heavier barbell load and shorter time cap.
