Strength Training & Nutrition

Train, eat, sleep, repeat. Do it smart, continuously and make sure that you stay whole. Blah blah blah…

We could ramble on, copying and rewriting what others already have written about for years. But we won’t. It would be an insult to their endeavors.

Although, we would like to claim that the base of almost any serious strength training program would benefit from including squats, bench press, deadlift, overhead press and seal rows.

There are several bona-fide knowers out there, but we would especially recommend that you check out The Leangains Guide and what Martin writes about Intermittent Fasting and Reverse Pyramid Training (RPT). You won’t find a better source of information on the subject than this.

Another tip is to check out the Conjugate Method, a training method used by several world record holders in powerlifting around the world.

Combine your training (e.g RPT and/or Conjugate) with our Barbell Challenges (for bench marking). Stick to the program, give it some time, and you will succeed.
